Time travel to the past or future If I had the option of knowing the past or the future, I think I would like to go to the past to see what life was like before the era of anthropocentrism or, rather, before humans were the dominant species on the planet. I am always interested in seeing how the landscapes were in ancient times, without the presence of overexploitation and urbanization in these, for example, has always caught my attention the name of the "Región de Valparaíso", because if I remember correctly, the name comes from the pristine landscape that resembled the definition of paradise, the truth, is something I would like to see if it was possible.   Also, whenever I walk on the streets, it comes to my mind how these were like without the pavement that seals them, and without the countless concrete structures that reach the skies, the fact that in those same streets traveled for thousands of years different species of animals, and developed an innumerable variety...

  Since my childhood, I never had any fascination for any particular job, I always believe to discovering my passion as I developed as a person, so at this momento, I feel mixed feelings, because I have gradually identified my strengths and virtues in based on my profesional vocation. In the last time, I have been learning how I like to get actively involved in the resolution of social problems such as water resources management, land management, and projects that strengthen the ties of communities that have been violated for different reasons, in other words, I found a motivation based on the development of social ties of communities with the support of scientific knowledge to cover various problems in relation to the dynamics of social systems. It is for this reason that at this momento, I feel gratified to study "Ingeniero en Recursos Naturales Renovables", by the versatility of knowledge that can be acquired, and the wide field of work to which one can choose, ranging...

  Three months ago, I went on a trip to the Región del Maule, specifically to Salto de Agua, where it is possible to have an encounter with nature, seeing landscapes expressed in forests and part of the sea of the Pacific Ocean. In that place one can go between the small trails, to explore the native forest of the sector. There we can find different types of animals, and wild trees such as birds, insects, myrtle, and even several waterfalls originated by the rivers. It is also possible to taste different typical foods of the area, which consist of the use of fish for different cooked dishes. In conclusion, I think that the connection that gives you the nature of Salto de Agua, gives you a relaxing feeling and a fresh air present in all places, this is complemented largely by the friendliness of the locals, who with big smiles are willing to share and exchange talks as lifelong friends.   Since my sister went to study in Canada, I have been eager to visit her to spend time with her and see the tourist place of the country. So far I know, the people in Calgary, Alberta, are very friendly and kind, they always smile to you when you walk and compliment you on your appearance in the street, besides, in the streets there are plenty of wild animals such as rabbits, deer, huge crows and even bears occasionally. For this reason, I would like to live new experiences to enrich my culture and learn about the customs and natural ecosystems present in the locality and, who knows, maybe I will love the city and look for a future job opportunity with the objective of settling and living there.
